Philosophy & Approach I work from an evidence-based philosophy using therapies which are supported by science (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy). I like to take a strengths-based approach, by assisting clients to identify the helpful knowledge, personal assets, and coping resources they already have. And then help grow and add to these. I aim to have therapy be an inspiring and energising experience I enjoy adding creative and personalised elements to treatment plans. |
